Moda maintains an ambitious international expansion plan with various bespoke logistics requirements. With many designer goods originating in Europe; Moda encountered logistics and tax costs as well as time delays shipping to the US warehouse before shipping orders internationally.
By outsourcing fulfilment to Synergy Retail Support to service customers in Europe, Asia and the Middle East; Moda were able to make substantial savings. After a trial period, Synergy now fulfils all orders outside of the US.
The bespoke requirements of Moda were well catered for by Synergy. Due to the high value of products a unique packaging process was created to ensure customers received the highest standard presentation. This involved training Synergy’s staff to use the Moda NetSuite software.
