TopShop approached Synergy Retail Support with a highly sensitive, celebrity-endorsed launch. The programme consisted of 230,000 garments across 80 styles, all requiring quality control checks, pressing, pricing and preparation for delivery to the Arcadia warehouse. There was significant administration and liaising with TopShop buying and merchandising teams and suppliers around AQL reports and acceptable quality standards.
The over-riding concern was the secrecy surrounding this project. There had to be no leaks on social media and the job had to be kept secret. To this end, we worked closely with the head of security at TopShop putting in extra measures to ensure discretion was met. The project was complex and Synergy fulfilled TopShop’s requirements in every respect.
