I am the Head of E-commerce at BrewDog – we ship to B2C and B2B customers with our entire operation coming out of the SEKO warehouse. I’ve worked with a number of warehouse third party solutions in the past and SEKO have been the best by far in terms of customer support and account management. Nothing is too much trouble. We are a fast growing business with a lot of development projects going into the warehouse and they always fully support us and ensure the projects are completed their side which has allowed for our sales growth. As we have grown, they have accommodated us with no issues. From the pick and pack side, the error rate is very low even during peak times and our account manager works very closely with us to address any issues that do arise.
