Synergy Strengthens Senior Leadership Team with New GM Hire

As part of our ongoing strategic growth strategy, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Scandrett-Whitlam as our new General Manager.

Working alongside Gary Rees, CEO, Keith will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our operations functions and client support.

As we embark on our ambitious growth strategy, Keith joins the Synergy Leadership team at a critical time. He comes prepared with a wealth of experience managing large multi-client 3PL warehouses. With over 20 years of experience, Keith was most recently General Manager for local competitor, Cygnia, supporting their strategic expansion program delivery.

Before this, Keith was responsible for managing a 1 million sq ft Amazon warehouse for XPO. Experience that will prove invaluable as we continue to focus on delivering operational efficiencies for our clients and the delivery of our Amason SFP service.

As well as his wealth of operational experience in the sector, Keith also brings with him valuable leadership and management experience. As he explains:

Outside the warehouse, Keith can be found spending time in his self built April 2020 lockdown sports bar at the bottom of his garden. Keith also enjoys fishing on the river banks and is an avid reader, often completing two books a week.

Over the coming weeks, Keith will be connecting with all of our existing clients to introduce himself and become acquainted with all of our clients’ brands. He will also be taking the team out for a meal to get to know them better and help build strength in the team.
