We’ve invested heavily in our technology and as a Synergy client, you’ll have access to help from our onboarding team, and integrate with our WMS enabling viewing of all transactions in our client portal, with real-time system updates.
Back office integrations
RedPrairie connects to your in-house ERP and WMS applications via APIs such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage and NetSuite.
Courier integrations
We integrate with over 17 couriers giving our clients a wide range of pricing and service possibilities.
Platforms & aggregators
We integrate with most sales platforms and aggregators, enabling full and real-time product lifecycle visibility, including inventory, returns and tracking.

Our Onboarding Process
The key to effective integration and the smooth delivery of your orders is a seamless onboarding process. Your designated Onboarding Specialist will work with you to understand your business and ensure our tech solution supports your needs and provides the insights you need to manage your business effortlessly. They will also work with you to identify any special requirements such as date and batch control or value-add services.
Through our platform, you can create SKUs, pre-advice notifications and upload orders making it ideal for those who don’t have access to a full ERP system. For clients with an existing ERP system, we simply connect the platforms using an API so that you’ll never need to repeat the same work twice. Because where’s the logic in that.
Account Management
Once you’re up and running, your designated Account Manager will be your first point of contact for anything you need. They are responsible for delivering service excellence through the day to day management of your account. Think of them as an extension of your value chain, accountable for monitoring performance, including customer satisfaction, ensuring all operational metrics and service levels are met.
Our user-friendly web-based portal enables you to view inventory, returns, and track your orders in real-time in one single platform. Something seemingly so simple, but so important so that you can optimise your stock while also enhancing your customer experience.
However, the real power of the portal is that the more data we hold, the better the reporting we can provide. Our IT experts can build tailored reports (available to view in real-time or downloaded as a spreadsheet) for your merchandise, logistics, finance and IT departments.
