Our technical team’s purpose is to comprehensively understand your business, ensure real-time visibility and implement a robust solution. We are flexible and support integrations to our platform using flat-file SFTP or SOAP web services, providing support and documentation to help guide this process.

Client portal

The Synergy portal is a user-friendly view of our Warehouse Management System (WMS). The portal enables you to view inventory and returns, and track orders in real-time, giving you accurate data to optimize stock and enhance customer service. You can also create SKUs, pre-advice and upload orders making it ideal for businesses yet to implement a full ERP system, giving a consolidated view of all sales channels and inventory.

The real power of the portal is that the more core data we hold, the better the reporting we can provide. Our IT team can deliver tailored reports (available to view in real-time or downloaded as a spreadsheet) for your merchandise, logistics, finance and IT departments to make informed decisions from.
